Our fixed-cost conciliation services do not include drafting a settlement agreement after a successful conciliation. However, you can purchase our Post-Conciliation Settlement Agreement service separately. Please note that we do not offer conciliation services for criminal or family-related matters. Additionally, please remember that conciliation is purely voluntary; we cannot force the other party to participate, and if they choose to end communications or reject all offers, our service will conclude at that point. Nevertheless, we can assist with drafting a demand letter to the other party as a fundamental step before taking any legal action, and you can purchase this service separately at a 50% discount. All purchased services are non-refundable.
We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. Any personal data and documents you upload to our platform are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized personnel. Your data will only be used for the purposes specified in our services and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. You have the right to request access to your data, correct any inaccuracies, or request its deletion at any time.

Limitation of Liability: Legal Friendly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to profit, goodwill, usage, data loss, or other intangible losses) resulting from the use or reliance on any information obtained from us.
By purchasing our services, you agree that you have read our Terms and Conditions and understood its contents. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms

1.4 This Terms and Conditions agreement was created using a template from Legal Friendly. You must retain the credit owned by Legal Friendly. Using this agreement or its content without the credit is an infringement of copyright. However, you can purchase an equivalent agreement from us that does not include the credit or engage our contractual amendment services to tailor your Terms and Conditions agreement.

2.1 We provide legal document templates for purchase by both consumers and lawyers in Hong Kong.
2.2 Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the legal document templates for personal or professional purposes.
2.3 You may modify the templates to suit your specific needs, but the templates and any modified version must not be distributed or sold without prior written consent from us. All templates remain the intellectual property of our company. You may not claim ownership or authorship of the templates or any modified versions.
2.4 The templates must not be used for illegal purposes or to create documents that violate any laws or regulations.
2.5 The templates are provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees. We are not liable for any errors, omissions, or results obtained from the use of the templates.
2.6 We reserve the right to terminate your licence to use the templates, and/or commence legal action against you, if you violate any of these terms and conditions.
3. Legal Services
3.1 Our additional legal services are intended to assist you with document preparation, review, verification, and other related tasks. These services do not constitute legal advice.
3.2 Our services are limited to the scope defined in the description. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
3.3 Payments for our services must be made in full prior to the commencement of any work. All fees are non-refundable once purchased.
3.4 All purchases of services are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
3.5 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the services. We will maintain the confidentiality of the information you provide to us in accordance with applicable privacy laws. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in communications via unencrypted channels.
3.6 Our liability for any claims arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Website are owned by Legal Friendly or its licensors. No part of the Website may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legal Friendly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
8. Discrepancies
In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
